I love going to the beach to see the waves. Now I just have to go to my kitchen to see them. Did it once and it looked terrible. They came back to redo it and still doesn’t look right. I had to cover the furniture and clean up the dust twice which is a total mess. Avoid this company.
The hardwood and ceramic tile installed turned out well, with the exception of a few minor defects they had to come back out and fix after I called to request it. What I take issue with is their lack of follow through and customer service on the back-end. We spent about 9k on our project and never got a call or a walkthrough at the end of the project or even a phone call to ask if we were pleased with the install; all I received was an emailed bill, which was well over the estimate for things that were discussed upfront and should have been accounted for in the original estimate. If they worked on their customer service, I'd have no problem recommending them but that's a real sticking point for me.
Eric and his team did a fantastic job installing our floors. They even went the extra mile to come back after several months to repair a board that developed an unforeseen crack in it. Can't thank them enough for their professionalism and service. Highly recommend!
I was in desperate need of a job well done in a timely manner and My Affordable Flooring did great! I called MANY companies and some were unwilling to even look at my floors until I was able to get the stuck on carpet pad completely removed, but My Affordable floors took on the additional challenge with ease! I was unhappy with a section of flooring and the owner came out after I called and worked with me on a solve and now I am absolutely in love with them! I will hire them again!
I had my affordable floors come out to give me a quote on redoing my original hardwood floors from the 1950s. Their price was reasonable, their crew was amazing, very polite,they were in-and-out in one day and they adhered to my time schedule as I was looking to get it done quickly. I am truly amazed at how great my floors look! I would highly recommend them! Eric was my sales rep who answered all my questions and Lisa from the office was extremely helpful as well. Definitely a 5 star business!!
